It includes 1 enhancement and 10 bugfixes. Enhancements in 3.16.3 ====================== Circulation ---------- 11703 Convert checkouts table to Ajax datatable. This means that when bringing up the patron details page or the checkout page, the patron's lists of current loans and holds are fetched separately, reducing the delay for displaying the page if the patron has a large number of transactions. Critical bugs fixed in 3.16.3 ====================== Circulation ---------- 12596 critical Backdating returns with SpecifiyReturnDate no long causes fines for items that are not overdue. Other bugs fixed in 3.16.3 ====================== Cataloging ---------- 10648 minor Merging of MARC records fixed to ensure that the field with the highest tag number can always be added. Circulation ---------- 12662 normal Ajax-based checkout now works when the InProcessingToShelvingCart and/or ReturnToShelvingCart system preferences are enabled. OPAC ---------- 12668 minor Remove stray dollar sign displayed in the patron fine balance when (attemping) to place a hold via the public catalog. Patrons ---------- 7237 normal Home library now carried over when duplicating a patron record. 7462 normal Do not show patron account flags and patron restrictions when duplicating a patron. Reports ---------- 12622 normal Fixed error that occurred when exporting a report in ODS format when the report happened to have zero results.
